Payroll Specialist * Full time * Allegany County

Payroll Specialist-- Pay will be based on experience.

Company within Allegany County is conducting a confidential search for a Full Time Payroll Specialist. 

This position will be responsible for processing weekly payroll for both union and non-union employees. 

Candidate must have 3 – 5 years of experience processing in house payroll including local, state, and federal tax processing and set-up. 

Must have familiarity with multi-state payroll. 

Must have knowledge of current state and federal wage and hour laws as it pertains to payroll.

Candidate should be detail oriented and also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 

Computer skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook is necessary for this position.  

This is a Direct Placement position.
