Associate’s Degree in hospitality, culinary arts, business or related field or equivalent experience in a supervisory food service role.
The Supervisor is responsible assisting the Assistant Manager in planning, executing, and the accounting for Retail Dining Operations. The Supervisor with guidance from the Assistant Manager is responsible for menu planning, production. The Supervisor is to carry out these duties in a manner to insure that the best possible food products and service is delivered to the customers of the client. The Supervisor will report directly to the Assistant Director of Retail Dining.
Ensure compliance with all budgetary, sanitation and safety requirements.
Assist in preparing Bi-Weekly Payroll information for units and submitting to the payroll department within specified timelines.
Assist with Blackboard, Micros and NCR Programming, as these will be used on a regular basis.
Assist in planning and executing weekly menu specials and submitting to the marketing department for advertising in a timely matter.
Sunday through Thursday from 3 pm to 11:30 pm
Pay will be based on experience starting at $15.00 per hour.
