Job Description
Company in Olean, NY in need of an Administrative Assistant.
Duties of the Administrative Assistant may include:
• providing support to our managers and employees
• assisting with various billing duties (National Account and Local Books)
• assisting in daily office needs
• handling tasks associated with accounts payable and receivable
• answering phones and directing accordingly
• assist with filing and organization
This is a long term position with potential for hire and potential for full time with benefits:
• Major holidays off
• Daylight Hours (8am-5pm, Mon-Fri)
Qualified candidate should have baseline competencies in Point of Sale software and be Proficient in Programs within Microsoft Office.
