Job Description

Seeking Customer Service Representative for Bradford, PA business. Position is temporary with potential for permanent placement for the right candidate. Hours are Monday-Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.

Job Description:

General:
– Verifier/Switchboard Operator
-Maintenance & processing of communications received
-Document data entry errors, omissions, reporting
-Switchboard
-Processing of incoming/outgoing faxes
-Picks up office supplies
-Order office supplies
-Confirming reconciliation
-Cancellatoin verification reporting
-EDI & IS Report distribution
-Internal Routing
-Matrix printer
-Verification of order entry of accuracy
-Departmental filing
-Maintains CSR weekly schedule

Customer Service Summery:
-Responsible for specific accounts & territories
-Follows & maintains all functions & procedures of the SOP Manual
-Distributes & reviews all price changes- OEM & Distributor
-Handle calls from assigned customers/rep territory as well as assist customers outside team
coverage
– Order entry; expedites; cancellations
-Provide quotes
-Price checks; stock checks; lead-time
-Enter/expedite samples
-Provide RMA’s (credit/returns)
-Working with consignment accounts
-Review & notification to customer of consignment price discrepancies
-Working knowledge of EDI transactions
-Work with Internet-based system for customers/maintain applicable procedures
-Notify customer of discrepanices; corrective actions
-Invoice resolutions
-Update price on customer accounts for new/revised contracts
-Setting up direct shipments

Products:
-Knowledge of product/Global-internet part number
-Knowledge and use of internal KSE spec log
-Spec release and part number release
-Initiation of part number generations
-Verification

Customer Specifications:
-Provide/review specs

Other Responsibilites:
-Maintain/update KSE customer information database
-Keep updated with team accounts for coverage
