Job Description
Company in Cuba in need of Quality Control Technicians.
Some responsibilities: · Bake and evaluate samples of manufactured cheese. · Collect sample of incoming mozzarella cheese for lab testing and evaluate the cheese after bake. · Perform production quality checks during production and collect shelf life samples as required. · Inspect finished product quality issues. · Inspect/rework product on hold as per given instructions. · Inspect/rework returned product as per given instructions. · Review and file COAs, daily production reports and examine saved bag/labels from each run for accuracy. · Review shelf life samples and subjectively analyze package integrity and product condition. · Log in film lot numbers, shreds sizes, product on hold, bake results and other quality check results.
Basic computer skills a must.
Monday through Friday with potential Saturdays
1st shift 6 am to 2 pm
2nd shift 2 pm to 10 pm
Starting pay rate is $16.50/hr.
