Job Description
Seeking Customer Service Representatives for a Bradford, PA-based business. Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
These positions are Direct Placements.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Entry-level insurance claim communication.
- Information gathering for new insurance quotes.
- Work closely with licensed agents on key aspects of insurance quotes, renewals, and new policies.
MINOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
- Previous business setting office or customer service environment experience.
- Insurance office experience a plus.
- Qualified Applicants will have excellent communications skills both verbal and written and the ability to work in a busy office environment.
- Professional in appearance, reliable transportation, and ability to travel local occasionally.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented and multi-tasking environment.
- Microsoft Office is a plus for this position.
Pay based on experience.
