Job Description
As a Client Services Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and play a key role in ensuring smooth, effective communication throughout the client experience. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with clients, attorneys, and other team members to provide top-notch service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a warm, welcoming, and professional experience.
- Manage client intake and onboarding, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
- Coordinate communication between clients, attorneys, and other team members, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- Maintain the firm calendar, client records, case files, and other essential documentation, ensuring confidentiality and organization.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and court dates, and assist with calendar management for attorneys.
- Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support to clients as needed, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Manage client files and ensure all documentation is in order prior to client meetings.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including office organization, filing, document preparation, and management of the reception area, keeping it neat, clean, and presentable.
- Help implement and improve client service processes to enhance overall client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required); additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
At least 1 year of experience in a professional office setting preferred. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Required Skills: Microsoft Office
Days: Monday through Friday
Hours: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
Pay: $18 to $22/hr. depending on experience.
18 to 20 week assignment.
