Job Description

We are seeking a qualified person for a part-time office position with a Bradford, PA company. The position is temporary with potential for permanent placement. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 3 PM (32 hours/week)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer telephones, direct calls, and take messages
  • Communicate with customers, take orders, and address concerns.
  • Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems, either manually or using a computer.
  • Manage files and records
  • Check and respond to emails
  • Process account payables
  • Manage inventory and record shipping information

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalency
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Working knowledge of QuickBooks
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
