Job Description
We are seeking a qualified person for a part-time office position with a Bradford, PA company. The position is temporary with potential for permanent placement. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 3 PM (32 hours/week).
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer telephones, direct calls, and take messages
- Communicate with customers, take orders, and address concerns.

Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems, either manually or using a computer.
- Manage files and records
- Check and respond to emails
- Process account payables
- Manage inventory and record shipping information
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks
- Strong communication skills
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
