Job Description

Seeking an Office Manager for a Salamanca, NY- based business.
Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm.
Temp to hire permanent.

Some Responsibilities:
Will be trained by employer to gain proficiency at modules of Account Mate, focus on modules    Accounts Payable and Purchase Order.
Entering, and/or amending as necessary: vendor receipts, vendor invoices, and vendor purchase orders.
Receiving goods

Office management responsibilities:
Routing incoming mail
Scanning and organizing documents to cloud folder.
Stocking and maintaining front office. The employer will train in communicating with vendors for quotes, receiving and updating costs when required.
Setting up FedEx and UPS pickups and shipments on portals and tracking goods; collecting BOLs and filing/ organizing shipment documents.

Must have Computer skills and organizational skills around office management.
Must be proficient in accounts payable/receivable.

$21/hr.
