Job Description
Bradford, PA manufacturing company seeking a part-time, temporary Archives Assistant. The position is Monday through Friday, 20–30 hours per week, and is expected to last through September.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide support and assistance to management per the directives of the Archives Manager
- Assist in the organization and documentation of the Archives
- Ensure growth of Archives products by ordering and documenting new items
- Provide support for sales and marketing campaigns per the directives of the Archives Manager
- Protect the company and owners by performing research and assisting the legal team to provide proof on historical products, claims/statements, physical assets, and advertising
- Support digital initiatives by preparing, uploading, and updating images/information uploaded to the ARC
- Provide support for Zippo/Case Museum exhibits and renovation
- Adapt to arising needs, under the direction of the Archives Manager
- Other duties include research requests, cataloguing objects, organizing physical assets, electronic database data entry, digitizing paper assets, photographing assets, filing, and providing materials for promotions, special collectibles, and packaging
- Pack items into boxes
- Load various-sized cardboard boxes onto pallets
- Unload boxes onto shelves and organize into the correct configuration, based on verbal instructions and a reference map.
Job Requirements:

•Demonstrated Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
