Job Description

Seeking Quality Control/Production workers for a Franklinville, NY- based business.

 

Days off vary- Some weekend work

1st shift    6:30 am to 2:30 pm

2nd shift   2:00 pm to 10:00 pm

3rd shift    10:30pm to 6:30 am

 

This position is temporary with the potential to become permanent.

SOME RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Bake and evaluate samples of manufactured cheese.
  • Collect sample of incoming mozzarella cheese for lab testing and evaluate the cheese after bake.
  • Perform production quality checks during production and collect shelf life samples as required.
  • Inspect finished product quality issues.
  • Inspect/rework product on hold as per given instructions.
  • Inspect/rework returned product as per given instructions.
  • Review and file COAs, daily production reports and examine saved bag/labels from each run for accuracy.

Must have basic computer skills.

$16.50/hr. to start
