Job Description
Seeking Quality Control Technicians for a Franklinville, NY- based business.
Hours are Monday through Friday with an occasional weekend.
1st shift 6 am to 2 pm
2nd shift 2 pm to 10 pm
3rd shift 10 pm to 6am
This position is temporary with the potential to become permanent.
SOME RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Bake and evaluate samples of manufactured cheese.
- Collect sample of incoming mozzarella cheese for lab testing and evaluate the cheese after bake.
- Perform production quality checks during production and collect shelf life samples as required.
- Inspect finished product quality issues.
- Inspect/rework product on hold as per given instructions.
- Inspect/rework returned product as per given instructions.
- Review and file COAs, daily production reports and examine saved bag/labels from each run for accuracy.
$16.50/hr. to start
