The Zippo/Case Museum and Retail Store is looking for an enthusiastic Part-Time Sales Assistant to join our team!
Schedule: 20–30 hours per week (up to 40 hours during special events)
Availability: Must be able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
🛍️ What You’ll Do

Coordinate the visual presentation of the store, sales floor, and displays

Assist with creating attractive merchandise displays and signage

Help ensure a quality, welcoming experience for all visitors

Support inventory control and maintain accurate records

Gain expert knowledge of Zippo/Case products to assist customers

Process sales and handle daily cash receipts

Uphold company policies, security procedures, and brand image

Assist with special events and marketing initiatives as needed
🎯 What We’re Looking For

High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree in business or related field preferred

1–3 years of retail, customer service, or business experience
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Knowledge of AX operating system a plus

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
