Voni Walker

In March, 1992, Voni began her journey as a women owned business and started Walker Business and Staffing Services, Inc. With one computer, two clients and two employees she envisioned something much bigger. At the end of that first year she had 15 employees. Fast forward 26 years at the end of 2018, there were over 600 employees and over $3.5 million in sales. Voni moved back to New York state from Boulder, Colorado with many years of Human Resource experience recruiting employees for large manufacturing companies and as an HR Generalist. She is very familiar and up to date with all laws that govern the temporary staffing industry. In 2016, she purchased MM Temps in Bradford, PA and In 2017 she purchased Staffing Plus with offices in Olean, NY and Bradford, PA. Walker Business and Staffing operates three offices; Wellsville, NY, Olean, NY and Bradford, PA.
